Mushkin return and refund policy


Warranty Service

Mushkin products may be returned by the original purchaser after obtaining a Mushkin return material authorization (RMA) number during the warranty period. Products must be returned in the original packaging. An RMA number may be obtained by calling Customer Support at 800-569-1868. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from issuance.

Return and Exchange

For products purchased directly from Mushkin, refund of the purchase price is available for a period of 14 days from purchase. Shipping and handling is not refundable. After the 14 day period, a return for exchange is available until 30 days after purchase. All returns must receive authorization from Mushkin to be eligible. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise from Mushkin, please notify Customer Service within 14 days of purchase at 800-569-1868.

For products purchased from an authorized Mushkin reseller, you may return products – for a period of up to 30 days from purchase - according to that reseller’s policies. Return period, availability of refund and terms of return or exchange are subject to discretion of the reseller. Beyond the reseller’s return period, product may be returned to Mushkin for service after obtaining an RMA number.

Limitations

Mushkin will not issue a refund or replacement on any product that has been damaged, abused or if the original Mushkin product label has been removed or tampered with. Proof of purchase must be provided for all returns for product purchased through an authorized Mushkin reseller.

The purchaser is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Mushkin. If purchaser returns Product to Mushkin (i) without an RMA from Mushkin or (ii) beyond the 30 day period, or (iii) without proper packaging, Mushkin retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge a restocking fee.
