Mushkin Limited Warranty Policy

Mushkin warrants to the first consumer purchaser that this Mushkin product, when shipped in its original container, will be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees that it will, at its option, repair or exchange (with the most similar available product, refurbished or new) the defective product at no charge to the purchaser, provided:

(1) the product (including its label) has not been abused, misused, replaced, repaired or modified, and
(2) the product was properly installed and used in its recommended environment, and
(3) proof of purchase is provided.

Warranty Term

Lifetime Warranty: Mushkin warrants memory module products for life.

90 Day Warranty: All Mushkin accessories are warranted for 90 days.

Compatibility

At Mushkin, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. However, compatibility issues may arise as a result of the rapid technological progression of both memory and computing system hardware. For this reason, Mushkin offers a 30 day compatibility warranty. It is the consumer’s responsibility to operate the memory product in their system to verify compatibility within the 30-day compatibility warranty period. If an incompatibility issue occurs, consumers who purchased the product through an authorized reseller may return the product to the place of purchase within the time limits allowed by that reseller. Product purchased directly from Mushkin may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or 30 days for replacement of equal value.

Return Policy and Refunds

Mushkin’s return policy allows for Products purchased directly from Mushkin to be returned by the original purchaser after obtaining a Mushkin return material authorization (RMA) number during the warranty period by Mushkin. For product purchased from an authorized Mushkin reseller, Mushkin allows for the return of product directly to the authorized reseller where originally purchased within the time period allowed by the reseller up to a maximum of 30 days from purchase. Beyond the 30 day period, product may be returned to Mushkin for an exchange after obtaining an RMA number from Mushkin.

Mushkin will only offer a refund if the product is returned within 14 days of purchase from Mushkin. If product is purchased from an authorized reseller, refunds will be dictated by the terms of purchase from that reseller.

Mushkin will not issue a refund or replacement on any Product that has been damaged, abused or if the original Mushkin product label has been removed or tampered with. Proof of purchase must be provided for all product purchased through an authorized Mushkin reseller and being returned to Mushkin.

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise from Mushkin, please notify Customer Service within 30 days of purchase. The RMA number may be obtained by calling Mushkin’s Customer Support at 800-569-1868, and must be noted on the outside of the returned Product's container. Products must be returned in the original packaging.
Shipping and handling is not refundable. Restocking fees may apply. RMA numbers are valid for only 14 days from issuance. The purchaser is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Mushkin. If purchaser returns Product to Mushkin (i) without an RMA from Mushkin or (ii) beyond the 14 day period, or (iii) without proper packaging, Mushkin retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee.

Except as provided herein, there are no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances will Mushkin be liable in any way to any purchaser for any damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost wages, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use this product. Mushkin reserves the right to make modifications in both hardware and software without prior notification. TERMS: Content such as technical specifications, product descriptions, pricing and terms listed on www.mushkin.com are subject to change without notice. Mushkin strives to be as accurate as possible, but it is possible human error may occur and therefore cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is entirely accurate, complete, current, or that we are responsible for these errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or any other error, Mushkin at its sole discretion shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product and immediately amend, correct or remove the inaccurate information. Mushkin does not provide any price protection. You will not be refunded any price difference on your current or previous orders.
